How much does the game cost (InApp Payments)?

For single player the following applies:

  1. Game can be downloaded for free with the Ancient Europe map included for free. No limits on game-play.
  2. Other maps can be download as follows:
    • Medieval Europe: FREE
    • American Wars: USD 3.99
    • Colonization: USD 4.99
    • Empires of Asia: USD 3.99
    • Conquest of Africa: USD 3.99
    • World Conquest: USD 5.99
    • all player maps: USD 4.99
  3. Instead of downloading all the maps from above one-by-one, they can be purchased with single payment of USD 19.99
  4. There are no other fees/subscriptions. There is no pay-to-win.
  5. You don't need to be ONLINE to play. The game works offline without problems.

For players that choose to use the multiplayer features:

  1. You can JOIN as many games as you like for free (some might have in-game coin betting-options; winner takes all)
  2. You need to spend 5 in-game coins to create a game. That's to prevent game-spamming where we end up with hundreds of games which no one joins and also to cover server hosting fees.
  3. 1 coin is about USD 0.01. You obtain 1 coin/day when you log in. Also, you can receive free coins by winning tournaments/sponsored games. You can purchase coins as well.
  4. A free avatar-generator is included. If you want more customization options you can purchase an advanced avatar-generator for USD 1.99 (one-time payment).
  5. There are no other fees/subscriptions. There is no pay-to-win.

NOTE on in-game coins: all the coins you have can be used towards purchases as well. If you let's say won enough coins in multiplayer games, you can use the winnings towards maps. E.g. you can pay 399 coins (instead of USD 3.99) to purchase the American Wars map.

Can I transfer my Age of Conquest III subscription to Age of Conquest IV?

Yes you can. However, Age of Conquest IV does not require a subscription anymore. Instead, the game uses in-game coins (see above for details). If you'd like to transfer your version III subscription to version IV, we will provide you with the equivalent in in-game coins. You can then use the in-game coins to buy maps, create multiplayer games, etc. Please contact us us with your Age of Conquest III username if you desire to do so. We'll give you 2000 in-game coins for each year of remaining Age of Conquest III subscription (only subscription larger than 7 days). For example if you have 6 months on your subscription left, you will get 1000 coins. If you have 3 years left on your subscription we'll provide you with 6000 coins.

I am not happy with the game and would like a refund.

If you purchased the game through third party distributors, we usually have no option to issue refunds, so please contact the distributor directly for a refund. If you purchased the game through us (Noble Master Games) or through Google Play/Amazon, use our customer service email address to request a refund. Please send us a copy of your purchase confirmation also!

As a general advice, please ensure the game works on your computer/device. Also make sure you actually like the game.

What are the hardware requirements to run the game?

The game requires 512MB of RAM and OpenGL ES 2.0 to run. Any computer purchased within the last couple of years should run the game just fine.

For display problems (blank screen, distorted screen), they are most likely due to outdated OpenGL drivers. Please update your drivers and the game should work fine:

Please note, the game does not contain any spyware, malware or third party software of such kind. Neverthless, it is possible that your virus scanner is deleting files from the installation directory because it wrongly assumes it is a virus. Please try to re-install/run the game with your virus scanner disabled for the game's installation directory (whitelist the app if possible). We generally found Microsoft's free "Microsoft Security Essentials" a great virus scanner (PC only). Problems have been reported by players for McAfee & Norton Anti-Virus.

I am getting connection errors while trying to play online.

Please note, the game does not transmit any spyware, malware or third party data of such kind. FAQ: Android OS

What are the requirements to run the game?

The game requires Android OS 5.0 or higher to run. The game works great on tablets also.

The game doesn't work anymore after the upgrade (Google Play).

Please both re-install the application and turn off/on your device. To restart, hold the power button pressed for 10+ seconds to completely turn off the phone and then power it back on.
